They have a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realize the creative output and creative product.Work closely with the Media Director and/or Account Manager to generate design executions
Understands brand continuity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning
Contribute ideas and opinions coherently and effectively
Explains visual thought processes and decisions with clarity and parity
Manages time to visualize and design effectively
Design brief format and educates the team regarding the necessity of written briefs and proper design kick-off meetings
Understanding of technology and creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems.
Contributes work to pitches.
Drive, define and feedback on; quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration.
Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.
Attends and contributes to work reviews, regular check-ins, is active in their goal planning and training needs. Provides constructive suggestions and feedback to directors on the creative team, structure, and process
